The Apple Technical Support App is now easier to use
Apple has rolled out a new Apple Technical support app to iOS 7.5 and above that includes all the information you need to get started, including all the questions, problems, and support questions you might encounter.
As you might expect, the new app makes it much easier to find technical support questions and troubleshooting tips.
To get started with the new Apple technical support app, head to https://support.apple.com/itunes/help/support and sign up for Apple’s iOS Support app.
Apple’s app is available in English and French.
For more on Apple, watch the video below:Apple has a ton of apps on iOS, and they’re all great, but you can’t help but notice a few things.
One of the biggest is the Apple Technical help app, and the other is the new technical support FAQ, which is now a single page of helpful questions for Apple users.
The first page of the new FAQ, for example, includes answers to questions like:Is the iPhone 5S and 5C compatible with Apple Watch?
Is the iPod Touch 5th generation compatible with the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus?
What are the AppleCare+ and AppleCare Pro plans?
If you’re having problems with AppleCare+, you’ll want to head over to Apple’s support portal and use the FAQ page to get help.
That’s what I did when I got a question on my Apple Watch about Apple’s new MacBook Pro.
It’s worth noting that this FAQ has been updated to reflect the fact that the MacBook Pro isn’t available in the US right now, which could potentially mean some customers won’t be getting the new MacBook.
