TECHNICS, a leading global technology services company, announced it will upgrade 2.4 million devices and increase the size of its technical support network by more than 40 percent in 2018.
TECHNIC has more than 700,000 employees worldwide.
The company has been expanding its technical infrastructure since it acquired the CenturyLink network in the first quarter of 2019.
TechNics executives said they were excited to continue to grow its support team and build a network of tech experts to support its customers.

We have a great tech support network and have been very successful in that regard in the past,” said CEO Steve Felsman, noting that the network now includes more than 800,000 devices.
